We make all of our pieces to order, so it make take 2 or 3 weeks to fulfill your order. If you need a piece sooner, please let us know (info@veryfinejewelry.com) and we will work to meet your deadline.

Each piece of jewelry is made by hand so each may be very slightly different.

Carefully measure your finger, wrist or hand size if you are ordering a ring, bracelet or bangle. Most bracelets are made in either 7 inch or 8 inch sizes. Most bangles are 7.5 in circumference. If you need another size, please check with us about accommodating your needs.

Shipping

US domestic shipping

We offer free shipping with USPS first class mail (delivery time varies). If you need international shipping, please contact info@veryfinejewelry.com. Free shipping includes tracking and insurance. If you prefer signature confirmation, please let us know. Once your item has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for your package.

For faster delivery, USPS Priority Shipping (1-4 days), there is a $6 charge.

Returns & Refunds

Returns on stock items are allowed as long as you let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will be glad to refund your purchase with these items. Please make sure to return the piece with its original packaging and in perfect and unworn condition. The refund does not include return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns, refunds or exchanges are not allowed with any custom, re-sized or engraved pieces.

Very Fine Jewelry crafts all of our jewelry with great care and guarantees its work to be free of damage or error. If you find an issue with your piece, we ask that you let us know of any problem within 7 days of delivery. We offer a 1-year warranty for any craftsmanship issues and will gladly repair your jewelry free-of-charge.

If you damage your jewelry or need an adjustment (like ring sizing or longer chain length), there is usually a charge, along with the customer being responsible for shipping costs.
